INSIGHTFULL · FICTIONAL REVIEWER RELEASE · OCTOBER 29, 2026
Review the complete Insightfull workflow
Use an approved fictional participant and an inbox you control. Dashboard access must already be assigned; completing an assessment does not create an account or grant advisor access.
- Complete the assessment. Open the participant portal and use the program-provided form password. Choose up to five Interest Pulse activities, skip them, or choose not sure. Use only clearly labeled fictional TEST consent entries authorized for your test.
- Review the emailed Student Readiness Report. Check the seven quiz results, Four Keys, Durable Skills, four selected goals and five alphabetical career examples. They describe current preparation and exploration possibilities.
- Build an Action Plan. Use the personalized Complete My Plan link in that report. Choose a primary career, an optional comparison, your question, requested support and first check-in date.
- Review the emailed Action Plan PDF. Keep the source plan separate from later exploration activity. Editing a downloaded PDF does not update the dashboard.
- Open the student dashboard. Sign in using the approved student email. Use the newest email link. Review My readiness, Explore careers and My next steps. The four readiness goal responses save separately from exploration activity. In My saved exploration activity, save a focus, next step, activity description or Continue/Compare/Pause/Replace check-in. Sharing starts unchecked.
- Open the advisor dashboard. Sign in with the separate approved advisor account. Accounts with temporary reviewer access use the email link only; other advisor accounts also complete authenticator verification. Download the one-page advisor reviewer orientation. Open the same fictional participant. Review assessment and plan history, student-shared responses, and Saved exploration and advisor follow-through. Save an advisor action or check-in, or an advisor-only staff note.
- Verify persistence and sharing. Refresh saved activity in each dashboard. Shared versions should appear for the other role. Private student versions should remain private; staff notes should never appear for the student. Revise an entry and verify the earlier version remains. Review Saved reviewer work queue, Check-ins and Organization Reports.
What the reviewer should expect
Completed reports and sent Action Plans import automatically for linked accounts. The dashboard sender runs every five minutes; PDF finalization can add a processing cycle. Older assessments and plans remain in history. Later-arriving older records do not replace the current assessment or plan.
An online save is confirmed by a saved status. If it fails, keep your draft and retry. Use Refresh report and plan within the dashboard to load new source results. A full-page browser reload can require a new sign-in.
This release does not send help-request or check-in reminder emails. Help requests and replies are visible in the dashboards. Account invitations and advisor assignments require the program owner. Nothing on this page enrolls a reviewer automatically.
Five short review questions
- Was it clear what to do next at each stage?
- Did the report and Action Plan reflect your fictional responses accurately?
- Did both dashboards show the same current assessment, plan and shared entries?
- Was it clear what was private, shared, planned or reported as activity?
- What single change would most improve the experience?
Record any problem with the step, expected result, actual result and approximate time. Use fictional details when reporting it.
